Main Hall charges
Includes use of the hall, toilets and primary use of the kitchen, tables, chairs, kitchen equipment etc.
ONE-OFF DAYTIME EVENT
Children’s parties, funeral teas, etc. – 3 hours £60
HOURLY BOOKINGS
Use of the main hall by not-for-profit / community organisations – £13 per hour.
Use of the main hall by small business / commercial organisations – £16 per hour.
Digital projector for use in hall or small meeting room – £5.00.
EQUIPMENT HIRE ONLY (for off site use)
Cutlery, cups and saucers – £5.00 per 30 pieces.
Tables – £5.00 each.
Chairs – £5.00 for 6.
Meeting Room charges
Includes use of the room, accessible toilet, kitchen, and TV screen. Please do not watch live TV unless you have a licence.
HOURLY BOOKINGS
Use of the small meeting room by not-for-profit / community organisations – £10 per hour.
Use of the small meeting room by small business / commercial organisations – £13 per hour.
Field charges
Includes use of the playing fields and changing rooms and access to the kitchen unless it has been booked as part of a main hall booking, in which case it is by agreement.
USE OF PLAYING FIELDS
Adult teams / events £15 per hour
Youth teams / events £10 per hour
